Be Still

There is an unheard song in the stillness of nature. It is not something we hear with our ears, but something we feel within the Heart. This stillness is a Sacred Harmony, one we must enter quietly, with Presence and Humility.

Only then do we begin to hear the silent music: the stillness of a bird gliding through wind currents against the blue sky, the breathless patience of a mother goose guarding her unborn goslings. These moments of stillness tell a story and speak louder than noise ever could.

As the golden light of the setting sun spreads from land to sea, a new song begins to emerge. After a long silence, the gentle chorus of newborn swallows unfolded like a blessing. They emerged from the decaying crevices of old wooden posts, ghostly remnants of a forgotten pier, rooted deep in time and silence. Their reflections on the tinted water with the golden sun rippled like echoes of the past.

Stillness holds everything. In it live echoes of ancient oceans, the sigh of trees, the patience of mountains, and the fragrance of flowers. And within each of us, there is a Sacred Stillness, often unnoticed, often buried beneath the mind’s endless chatter. But if we learn to listen, not with our thoughts, but with our awareness, we find it waiting there.

Stillness and solitude do not mean emptiness.

When we surrender to stillness, we reconnect with the resonance of our Loving Heart. The Voice of Love that we have lost touch with. Then the world becomes a reflection of this Stillness of Love. It mirrors the silence of dusk and dawn, Compassion, Grace, Tranquillity, Peace, and Love.

In this Unity with our Heart, we find rest, not in escape, but in Presence.

Presence of Being

Presence of Love.

Presence of Humility
